SURVEYING

Our surveying team has provided wide ranging and specialized services to many public, private, and industrial clients.

In achieving a balanced relationship between land use, development, and conservation of our natural resource base, platting or the subdividing of lands is used to promote the wise use of land. Our team is knowledgeable of local land development codes, statues, and platting requirements. As a result, we work closely with real estate attorneys, land developers, and lending institutions to provide surveys needed during the title process when dealing with valuable properties.

Surveying and mapping are a major segment of B & F’s services and have been since the firm was formed in 1972.  B & F maintains a minimum of six survey crews fully equipped and has nine Registered Professional Surveyors on our full-time staff.
